Sales and Outreach Director
to help assist in crafting and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for Towerlight on Wooddale. This role will be based primarily in the building/community and significant time is dedicated to working with external referral resources.

Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy for the Assisted Living /Memory Care Building (s)
Works with corporate marketing department to design and coordinate marketing & sales plans/initiativesDevelops and maintains effective, on-going relationships with external referral resourcesCreates and maintains system for generating new leadsFollows Ebenezer Sales System guidelinesEnsures that marketing materials are current and availableObtains and analyzes competitive pricing and market area trend information as it relates to the senior housing communityIn conjunction with the Executive Director and Corporate Marketing Consultant, develops and maintains marketing budgetsSchedules and conducts toursMakes recommendations for web content and changesImplements pre-closings and closings of unit salesMaintains data base on current residentsMaintains current Occupancy Reporting requirementsManages wait listPromotes positive customer relations
Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their homeCreates and maintains positive on-going relationships with customers including prospects, residents, families and professionalsDevelops and maintains database of contacts, up-to-date records, and tracking per community requirementsBuilds awareness about community with referral sources and other groupsAssists residents/tenants with their transition into and out of their homeServes as a resource to senior age residents and families seeking information
Prepares or obtains materials from community resources and program filesIdentifies and works with community resources to provide information and educational sessionsOrganizes referral events, i.e. CEUs, seminars, hosting referral and community eventsRequired :
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience3 or more years experience (occupancy development experience)Preferred :
Aging Services of MN Sales and Marketing certificate5 or more years similar experience (occupancy development experience)
