Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Conduct root-cause analyses of service interruptions and set up preventive measures.Monitor user workloads to determine best practice remediations of deficiencies or inefficiencies.Create, update, and support documentation of guidelines, procedures, standards, and controls.Perform system administration tasks such as managing user/group, security permissions, and policies.Monitor system health using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise.Architect, implement, and maintain solutions that meet customer needs.Disclaimer "The responsibilities and duties outlined in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this role. Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with active DoD Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information Access (TS//SCI) and Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph within 180 days of hire.Certified at DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II (CompTIA Security+ CE, ISC2 SSCP, or equivalent).Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) field. (**Degree must meet minimum requirement for the SCOAA LCAT submitted).Hardware troubleshooting (Power, Mainboard, CPUs, PCIe, RAM, Local Storage, Network).Windows workstation and/or server operating system administration (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022).Preferred Requirements
