BSN requiredMassachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure requiredBLS Certification for Healthcare Providers and ACLS requiredICU experience preferredCCRN preferredShow evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patientsBe comfortable with ventilators, pressors, multiple infusions, hemodynamic monitoringBe a strong patient advocateAbility to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
