Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Facilities Supervisor to lead and supervise Facilities activities in a brand new Manufacturing Factory that utilizes a state of the art computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage assets, requests, and preventative maintenance. In this role, you will lead the effort to coordinate/plan preventive & corrective maintenance on Facilities systems & spaces, as well as calibration activities across all teams. As part of our Facilities Operations team and reporting into our Facilities Operations Manager, you will work on day to day and special evolution Facilities planning & executing with Engineering, Process, Technical, Procurement and Production Operations teams. This role will have a Facilities Planner & team of technicians to support these efforts. This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV.

What you'll do:

Support the execution and improvement of Form Energy's safety & environmental programs related to Facilities.

Work closely with technical teams, engineering teams, architecture, and factory design & construction engineers to maintain the systems, spaces and programs for a brand new 500,000 square-foot battery manufacturing facility.

Maintain the facility to meet the company's initial and expansion technical needs.

Provide & support ongoing planning and execution of building systems PM activities.

Supervise the site administration of a new CMMS and grow to meet the expansions.

Support the buildout effort, managing contractors and other parties to support on-time, on-budget delivery of the new projects.

Work closely with technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to learn new facilities equipment to meet technical infrastructure requirements.

Manage a team and set of vendors (including electrical, HVAC, utility & safety systems, & office areas) to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of our facility.

What you'll bring:

5-10 years of experience in Supervision of technical Facilities maintenance, planning or administration in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Demonstrated ability to work across the business to define, prioritize and deliver on requests from engineering and all other teams.

Demonstrated experience in leadership, coaching, & mentoring a team.

Ability to manage a team of technicians with a supporting planner to meet KPI targets.

Experience managing and delivering complex facilities projects.

Ability to prioritize and track multiple projects to completion.

Flexible working style: Can "wear many hats" and jump quickly between projects.

Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills are a must.

Ability to prioritize and track multiple projects to completion.

Able to work well in cross-disciplinary project teams and drive results.

Knowledge of facilities operations and management practices.

Knowledge of WV building codes and environmental requirements is a plus.

Experience in the manufacturing, lab or engineering environment is a plus.
