Sanitation Team Lead - 3rd Shift

Conagra Brands - Russellville is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work #LI-Onsite at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant. We are hiring for a Sanitation Team Lead to help us produce meals. You will report to the Sanitation Manager and join a team of 1500.You Will:Plan, organize, and monitor plant sanitation crew, processes, and methods.Develop daily, weekly, and periodic plant wide cleaning and sanitation activity.Maintain the plant Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS), the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP), and Environmental Swabbing Program.You will seek constant improvement of sanitation processes.Conduct periodic plant inspections and audits, tracking progress of corrective actions.Report any food safety issues.Read measurements.Other tasks as assigned.You Have:High school diploma or GED3 years related experienceExperience with Food Safety Guidelines/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safe practices and proceduresExperience with HACCP PlansUnderstanding of government regulations (FDA, USDA)Understanding of Clean In Place (CIP) and Clean Out Place (COP) systemsFamiliar with Fundamentals of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)Read, write and speak fluent EnglishLarge organization/corporate experiencePhysical RequirementsWhile performing the tasks of this job, you are required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. You are occasionally required to sit; use hands for full dexterity; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. You must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature.
