Collaborates with Account Executives, Business Development Leaders and Middle Market Brokers to develop coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business in the Group Captive segment.Work with Middle Market and Construction/Infrastructure leadership to identify appropriate broker resources for group captive ancillary lines renewalsLead ancillary lines broking activities for prospective group captive clients, including:Prepare and/or check market submissions.Analyze quotes from carriers and negotiate terms and conditions.Bind coverage and ensure the accuracy of programs that are bound.In conjunction with other team members, prepare, review, and approve client-ready documentation, including proposals, analysis, comparisons, mid-term changes for new business opportunities and select renewals.Participate in client and prospect meetings.Work with Reinsurance Brokerage teams to develop and market program options to reinsurers.Identify Umbrella and Property carrier partners.Develop and maintain positive relationships with carriers.Present current trends and issues to interested parties internally and externally.Drive utilization of all available technology throughout broking process and client service process.Provide a high level of day-to-day technical support to the team.Assume Account Executive duties on select clients, as assigned.Undertake various duties as assigned.Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior in all activities.Skills and experience that will lead to success

Required Experience:Proven collaboration skills enabling the candidate to successfully lead broking teams and leverage thought leaders in pursuit of greater client, carrier, and Aon outcomes.Strong oral presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex messages in written formStrong negotiation skillsStrong technical property and casualty knowledgeBackground in account management, servicing, placement and negotiation of property and casualty coveragesAbility to solve problems and think independentlyAbility to pay attention to detail while working under pressureAbility to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flow, with close attention to deadlinesBe energetic/have a sense of urgencyPositive and flexible attitudeEducation and/or experience:

Bachelor's degreeSix to ten years of relevant Property/Casualty experienceIllinois P&C Brokers License, or able to secure on acceptanceProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelInternational/Global program experience a plusPay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,400 - $160,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.How we support our colleagues
