You are a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and a proven track record of driving success across Silicon Valley. As a strategic thinker and action-oriented individual, you excel at leveraging your relationship skills, industry knowledge, and expertise in Systems and SoC design to proliferate and expand Synopsys Solutions at Territory Accounts. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can define growth campaigns for customers and marshal resources within Synopsys' Business Units (R&D, Marketing, and Field Support) and Sales Specialists to align them with a winning strategy. Your ability to interface with customer stakeholders, discover high-value opportunities, and co-manage business campaigns is unparalleled. You are a principal who can provide input to the enterprise account sales team leader on strategy and account planning, ensuring the achievement of revenue and booking goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating opportunities to build a pipeline based on insight and knowledge of the needs of enterprise customers.Working in a team environment and building relationships at executive, senior technical management, and key contributor levels.Creating, driving, and delivering success on complex, technical sales campaigns.Acting as a principal capable of marshaling resources across Synopsys Business Units (R&D, Marketing and Field Support), a global Sales team, and aligning them to execution excellence of the account plan.Interfacing with customer stakeholders and discovering high-value opportunities.Co-managing business campaigns with field AC leaders to ensure success and providing input to enterprise account sales team leaders on strategy and account planning.

Expanding Synopsys Solutions at Territory Accounts to achieve revenue and booking goals.Driving successful growth campaigns that align Synopsys resources with customer needs.Enhancing customer relationships and discovering high-value opportunities.Ensuring the success of complex technical sales campaigns.Providing strategic input to account planning and execution.Contributing to the overall success and growth of Synopsys through your sales expertise.

What You'll Need:

B.S. in Engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years of sales and/or business development experience in semiconductor sales and engineering services.Experience working with diverse customers doing simple FPGA Designs to complex SoCs.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in office productivity software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
