IT Infrastructure Engineer

IT Infrastructure Engineer Manufacturing company is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support high availability, maintenance, and evolution of products and services hosted on customer facing SaaS platform. Responsibilities include: - Supporting remedy performance and issues on the platform, associated devices and applications, maintaining adherence to KPIs, taking appropriate independent actions to correct non-conformance in line with defined targets - Maintenance of all hardware and software components of the platform - Maintenance of all data and system backups and their lifecycle - Execution, management, and resolution of incidents and platform generated events, managed through the internal ticketing system to provide high performance of customer satisfaction on the SaaS platform - Development and maintenance of all platform related documentation, SOPs, installation and configuration procedures Job Requirements Requirements: - 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and applications operations and support - Experience in cybersecurity best practices including intrusion detection, firewalls, antivirus software, patch, and vulnerability management - Proficient in MS SQL server operating system and database administration - Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V
