The Department of Epidemiology is recruiting a

Research Data Analyst in Biomarkers and Aging Among People with HIV

to work on multiple research projects in the area of aging and HIV.

Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesData quality review.Data cleaning.Data management.Analyzing data.Attending study meetings.

**Opportunities to co-author papers, present work at professional meetings, and develop new first-author projects are possible. Opportunity for the development of a Master's thesis or Doctoral dissertation, first author manuscript, and for a fulltime position following graduation.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related discipline.Three years related experience.Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred QualificationsMS or PhD Degree in progress in Biostatistics, biomedical engineering, computer science, or related field.Experience working with machine learning, targeted machine learning, or deep learning.Experience with multi-omics or longitudinal data is a plus, although not required.Proficiency using one or more statistical software programs, such as Python, R, etc.
