OverviewPlan, install, and/or support ETS equipment to include (but not limited to) workstations, mobile devices, printers, cable distribution systems, servers, telephony systems, audio/visual equipment, routers, switches, modems, electrical systems and equipment, and other circuit specific devices associated with local and wide area networks and emergency power systems. Perform moderately complex/varied tasks with moderate scope, analysis, and latitude.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.)Diagnose issues through technical analysis of Navy Federal hardware/software; take appropriate actionDocument operating procedures for installations, configurations and /or administration tasksFormulate and administer equipment maintenance program to include troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of the devicesMaintain inventory control documentation on systems and components to ensure updates occur according to schedulePerform installation and configuration of workstations, printers, cables, network routers and switches, servers, etc., as applicablePrepare reports for senior management following installationTrain team members and/or peers on functional processes and proceduresDevelop, test and implement systems and equipment; document resultsFull life-cycle project management
