As the Contracting Assistant, you will be supporting the contracting team on all different levels. We are looking for an adaptive, motivated, innovative, contracting assistant to support the team.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Support teams as needed by assisting on Single Case Agreements, Contracts, and emails.+ Maintains files and documentation logs for incoming single case agreements+ Communicate across multiple departments+ Assist the team with daily assignments+ Communicate with providers to obtain signatures+ Maintain files and documentation logs for contracts that need signatureEDUCATION+ Associate degree or equivalent work experience.+ Bachelor degree preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
