Responsibilities:- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to nursing home residents.- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff- Utilize PCC electronic health record system.- Adhere to professional nursing standards and follow established documentation guidelines
Experience:- Long term care experience preferred.We offer competitive compensation and $1000.00 sign-on bonus for full time staff.
