Make Your Mark:
This position will be responsible for working on Salesforce projects to build custom functionalities on the Salesforce platform. This includes development in Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC components), JavaScript, and data model updates. The Salesforce platform is a highly customized and complex environment, so we're looking for someone with significant experience in solving complex business problems and designing performance-oriented solutions to work as part of the Salesforce development team. This is an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as well as create and enhance our technology roadmap.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrationsDevelop and maintain technical design documentsCreate and update system documentation including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and deployment plansIdentify and fix defects in the systemWork with Project Managers and Business Analysts to scope work and produce estimatesProvide pre- and post-implementation technical supportPrioritize work to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryWhat You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on the Salesforce platformStrong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScriptExpertise in Salesforce data modeling, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrationsExperience with enterprise integration architectures such as SOAP, RESTful, and ETLExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and learn new skills quicklyExperience running projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversightPositive attitude and enthusiasm for solving complex business problemsAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teamsExperience in the software or SaaS industry is preferredSource Control / Release Management (SFDX, Git)We're Even More Excited If You Have:

Salary Range:
USD $160,000.00 - USD $213,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
