At FCS Financial, part of the Farm Credit System, were on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal with specialized knowledge in Title & Real Estate to join our Legal Services team.
Why This Role is Exciting:Legal Expertise: Youll be at the heart of our legal operations, supporting our internal legal counsel with critical tasks that ensure compliance and smooth real estate transactions.Document Mastery: Prepare, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and standards.Legal Support: Provide comprehensive support to our title services and loan services teams.What Were Looking For:Associate degree in paralegal studies, Bachelors degree preferred. Paralegal Certification preferred. A background in real estate law or title services with strong understanding of real estate transactions and compliance.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
