The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-quality software solutions. This role involves overseeing the development process, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications.Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
Architecture Design: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design application architecture and APIs that meet business requirements.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs to support front-end and back-end integration, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries, and design database schemas to support application functionality and performance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET Core, Angular, and SQL.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular (or other front-end frameworks), SQL Server, and API development.
Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a lead developer or technical leadership role is required.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive working relationships.
