_*$5,000 sign-on bonus for full time! *_The Village at Morrisons Cove, a long term care community located in Martinsburg, is currently seeking to hire *Registered Nurse Unit Managers for 1st and 2nd shifts.* These positions are both full time and part time and have a _possibility of being 3-12 hour shifts._
As an RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care to our older adult residents on your specific unit. Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to:* Medication Administration* Treatments* Vitals* Physician Orders* Communicating with physicians and resident family members* Resident Assessments* Monitor residents for change in condition* Work closely with the RN Supervisor* Oversee nursing staff on your unit
The Village at Morrisons Cove has been caring for older adults in our community for over 120 years! _We offer excellent staff to resident ratios....often well below the state required levels._
*Full time RNs are eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus and Part time RNs are eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus.*
