This North Florida health system is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our employed network of providers in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is an outpatient practice setting offering comprehensive primary and preventative care for the entire family.
Qualified Candidates:Board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicineHave a current, or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Florida - not subject to any restrictions, probationary terms, or conditionsNo history of license to practice being revoked, restricted, or suspended by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdictionHave current, unrestricted DEA registrationAbility to work a Monday Friday scheduleAbout Position:Practice comprised of family medicine / internal medicine physiciansProvides a full range of services caring for patients of all agesSupported by well-trained and experienced nurse practitionersOutpatient Only; Monday - FridayCall is shared with members of the practiceIncentive/Benefits Package:Employment position through the Physician Services Group (PSG)Competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, short & long-term disability options, 401k and morePTO and CME time / allowanceOccurrence-based malpractice
