- Contract Length: 1 week
- Shift Details:
- 3 days of clinic
- 1 day in OR
- 1 day of procedures in clinic
- Call ratio: Every Day
- Available Shifts:
- 20-Dec8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
- 21-Dec8a-8a
- 22-Dec8a-8a
- Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD's, MAs assigned
- Full time (will look at 2 weeks per month)
- Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
- Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
- Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Bed size: 99
- No Robotics
- Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
- Disposable flexible stethoscopes
- Doctor will phone interview
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Board Certification: BC or BE
- License Required: AZ License - or IMLC
- DEA: Yes
- CSR: No
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
