Responsibilities:
Provide care in the general hematology/oncology unit
Manage patients admitted for chemotherapy/cancer therapy
Address hematologic concerns (e.g., sickle cell pain)
Respiratory problems
Low blood pressure
Pain management
Transfusions
Fever/neutropenia in immunosuppressed patients
