Job Overview:
This job is responsible for leading the overall service delivery model to include the bank's digital offerings and wealth management banking strategy in the market while working with the Home Office to ensure superior client service. Key responsibilities include partnering with the market leadership team to facilitate daily business needs and driving responsible growth while minimizing risks.
The
Market Client Relationship Manager (MCRM)
reports to the Division Client Relationship Executive (DCRE) and the Merrill Wealth Management Market Executive (ME). The MCRM manages the Wealth Management Client Associates and Operations support staff, delivering firm strategy through the execution of the Market Strategy Plans.
Responsibilities:
Leads the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy to drive business growth
Hires, develops, and leads a team of cross-functional professionals to support Financial Advisor teams
Supervises financial transactions and operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Oversees the client service experience and reviews the approval of new client accounts
Leads Wealth Management Client Associates to meet and exceed client service expectations
Managerial Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include:
Ensuring client service expectations are met while balancing risk
Managing Wealth Management Client Associates and Service Support Staff
Representing the office with clients, prospects, Financial Advisor recruits, and vendors
Coaching teams to deliver a modern, digital-first service model
Managing daily operations ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications:
Currently hold SIE, Series 7 AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses
Minimum of 5+ years professional experience
Key Qualifications:
Current or previous Merrill Wealth Management experience preferred
Client-centric with strong customer service skills
Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate policies
Strong management skills including planning, monitoring, and supervising
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Pay range: $110,000.00 - $155,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined based on experience.
