Medical Office & Scheduling Coordinator - Front Desk

ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Front Desk Medical Office & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! If you're dedicated, detail-oriented, and excited to work in the healthcare industry, this role could be perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:Answering phone calls: Handle referrals and pre-authorize patient visits.Appointment scheduling: Ensure accurate scheduling and manage patient appointments efficiently.Paperwork management: Complete intake forms thoroughly and ensure they are finalized before visits.Electronic health record (EHR) management: Maintain and update patient charts.Payment collection: Oversee and process patient payments daily.Support to therapists: Assist with setting up treatments and observing patient care under the therapist's plan.Administrative tasks: Type notes, letters, and marketing materials.Clinic upkeep: Help with the cleaning and upkeep of treatment areas.What We're Looking For:A passion for patient care and a dedication to continuous learning.Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.Understanding of health insurance processes is preferred.Strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with patients.Perks and Benefits:Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability coverage.Work-life balance: No nights or weekends (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).401(k) plan with company match.Paid holidays and vacation time.Pet InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramWork Schedule:Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.Join Team Apex Today!
