Responsibilities for NetSuite AdministratorCustomizing user roles: Creating and modifying user roles to control access to the software's sensitive dataCreating dashboards: Designing and customizing dashboards to make them user-friendly and conciseProviding technical support: Troubleshooting issues and keeping customizations up to dateMonitoring system health: Monitoring usage and system performanceKeeping up with updates: Staying up to date with NetSuite updates to learn how to use new featuresCollaborating with teams: Working with team members and external development teams to perform customizations and resolve user issuesImproving systems: Assessing current systems and processes and recommending alternative solutionsExperience and Qualifications
NetSuite Administrator Certification preferredBachelor's degree in relevant disciplineThree to five years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migrationExtensive experience as a business systems analystFully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data modelCan demonstrate experience with CRM or ERP systemsKey Skills
