As the Technical Content Lead for the Worldwide Field Engineering team you will hold global responsibility for curating, managing, and optimizing a comprehensive catalog of technical content. This content will play a pivotal role in supporting Executive Briefings, go-to-market strategies, Channel Partner enablement, professional learning programs, certifications, and establishing blueprints, playbooks, and reference architectures for the global market. While not primarily responsible for crafting the content, you will be the strategic leader responsible for identifying content needs, centralizing resources from global teams, and ensuring the availability and accessibility of high-quality content to reduce duplication and increase efficiency. This role is not limited to the listed geo. 20% travel is required. **Description** Global Content Strategy & Curation: Develop and implement a strategy for curating a global catalog of technical content used for various purposes, including Executive Briefings, go-to-market initiatives, Channel Partner technical enablement, professional learning programs, and global reference architectures. Identify regional content that can be reused globally, centralizing this content for easy access across different parts of the world. Content Lifecycle Management: Be responsible for the lifecycle of technical content, including tracking, cataloging, maintaining, and updating materials to ensure they remain current and relevant. Establish a cadence for content updates and refreshes based on business needs, market trends, and product innovations. Gap Analysis & Needs Assessment: Collaborate with partners to identify content gaps and future needs to support global field engineering and sales efforts. Anticipate upcoming content needs for workshops, events, and conferences, both internal and external. Expert Directory & Access Control: Maintain a global directory of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are authorized to build, deliver, and update content in specific technical areas. Ensure a seamless process for the engagement and involvement of SMEs from various regions, reducing content duplication and driving global collaboration. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key business teams, field engineering leads, and collaborators globally to ensure alignment on content creation, availability, and deployment. Act as the point of contact for regional leaders and technical teams, facilitating the exchange of critical content across geographies. Content Accessibility & Consistency: Ensure that all technical content is easily accessible and consistent in quality across all regions, making sure it meets the global standards of the company. Develop a strategy demonstrating internal and available systems, tools, and platforms for content storage, management, and retrieval to provide maximum utility and reduce content fragmentation. Event & Workshop Support: Support the planning and execution of global events, conferences, and technical workshops by ensuring that the required content is available, tailored, and delivered on time. Collaborate with event managers, marketing teams, and technical teams to meet the content requirements of global sales and engineering events. Metrics & Reporting: Develop metrics and key performance indicators to measure the usage, efficiency, and impact of technical content globally. Regularly report to senior leadership on content availability, usage, gaps, and success metrics, along with a roadmap for future content needs. **Minimum Qualifications** + Validated experience in a technical content management role, ideally within a global technology company or enterprise environment. + Strong understanding of technical field engineering, sales processes, and technical content creation and delivery. + Outstanding organizational skills with experience leading a large catalog of content across multiple regions and collaborators. + Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, field engineering, product, and leadership teams. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying content gaps and optimizing processes for content delivery. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders and collaborate across time zones. + Experience with content management platforms, knowledge sharing tools, and project management software. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Background in technical field engineering, enterprise sales, or global content management for a technology company. + Familiarity with cloud, enterprise software, and IT infrastructure solutions. + Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global responsibilities. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
