About Our Team
We are hiring a
Sr Storage System Architect
to work in Lenovo's Cloud Service Provide Group (CSP). This is a fast-paced customer-centric organization that will adapt to changing market demands to serve customer needs. You will be responsible for covering all development engineering aspects of server storage system design and ensuring designs can meet our product requirements.
Location:
Can be remote, preference is Morrisville, NC
What You'll Do
•Engage directly with customers on a technical level, meticulously understanding their product specifications and design requirements.
•Provide insightful design proposals and feedback, translating customer needs into actionable design specifications.
•Spearhead the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), showcasing your expertise in crafting compelling proposals.
•Lead the development of Storage System / JBOD use case technology roadmaps, driving innovation and aligning solutions with customer objectives.
•Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with customers on project scope, specifications, and timelines.
•Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers, establishing regular communication channels and adeptly managing and resolving any escalations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering12+ years of experience with server storage or JBOD systemsCustomer engagement experienceHardware engineering design experiencePreferred Qualifications
Master's DegreeHands-on engineering backgroundStrong interpersonal skills and ability to handle tough communication with customersCustomized product experience
The base salary range for this position is
$180K - $210K . Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com .
