Role Overview:

The Lead ERP Administrator will be responsible for supporting the NetSuite and MES systems daily as well as managing the delivery of NetSuite and MES initiatives and business processes. The Lead ERP Administrator will commonly interact with individuals from all levels of the company. The role is a key resource in the architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, management, and providing technical and functional assistance with NetSuite and MES systems.

Responsibilities:•Customization: Update user dashboards, custom fields, transaction & entry forms, and printed pdf & html layouts•Reporting: Create and update saved searches & reports to support financial reporting and other analytics•Lead technical process improvement projects. Gather business requirements, set, and manage timelines, design, and facilitate UAT, and develop user training materials•Support with data uploads via .csv•Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite and MES maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements•Administer user access, research, and resolve issues, design new workflows, and increase utilization•Participate in other projects as required•Provide thought leadership in NetSuite and MES best practices and provide solutions to executive leadership•Design and implement all NetSuite and MES modules providing any development and/or configuration that is required as well as process documentation for all departments.•Participate in meetings with the IT team and users to discuss progress and challenges.•Maintains up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite and MES functionality, customization, and integration•Qualifies internal software application needs through thorough process review with internal users; gathers and documents functional and business requirements•Assist and provide support to accounting on NetSuite and MES processes and month-end closing•Maintain knowledge of the latest technology and software for integration to improve the process and user interaction with NetSuite and MES solutions•Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite and MES as needed in order to meet evolving needs•Work directly with internal/external developers, NetSuite, MES, and/or other Professional Services organizations to drive and coordinate larger (more complex) NetSuite and MES projects while assisting with configuration and other work as assigned

Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable combination of education or relative experience•Must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in ERP and MES implementations, business operations, systems development, hands-on support and/or NetSuite MES Certifications•Strong understanding of Business processes/flows, and how business systems interact and integrate•Should have proven skills in SQL, JavaScript and excel formulas as well as excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills•Competency in SQL or other query languages•Strong accounting or finance background a plus•Strong understanding of financial processes•Must be proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, dashboarding, custom forms, creating workflows, and Suitescript•Data Analysis experience with Excel (indexing, v-lookups, pivot tables)

Preferred Requirements:•NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification preferred•NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
