Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Rehab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Night rotation, 3x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00) with every 3rd weekend Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 36 hours per week Experience: 1 year of Rehab experience required; will consider first-time travelers with 2+ years of Rehab RN experience License: MN license in-hand or proof of application required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Care tools and CMS IRF documentation experience - Ability to float to similar units during low census - COVID-19 vaccine required - Medical/Religious exemptions only Job Description: - Work with patients diagnosed with conditions such as Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Amputation, Debility, and Multiple Fractures - Utilize Epic for charting and documentation - Participate in a mixed schedule of day and night shifts, with every third weekend required - Engage in a comprehensive 14-hour orientation - Ensure compliance with vaccination and fingerprinting requirements as per state regulations - Facilitate professional patient care within the rehabilitation setting Note: The job requires travel from more than 50 miles away from the facility, and local candidates are not accepted. Travelers must arrange their own travel accommodations and adhere to specific vaccination and fingerprinting protocols within stipulated time frames.
