So, even if you feel that youre close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.Overview :The Senior Salesforce Admin & Reporting Applications Specialist works with senior leadership at the local, regional, national and global level to define requirements, end-user training, maintenance, support, and builds reports and dashboards that support the internal sales and financial goals within Gallagher Benefit Services Division (GBS). The Senior Salesforce Admin & Reporting Applications Specialist works as assigned to ensure that Salesforce (SFDC) admin & reporting activities are executed accurately, completely, and on time, coordinating with all necessary parties including business unit clients, vendors and IT. He/She must possess intermediate SQL and advanced MS Excel and work collaboratively across divisions and business units.How you'll make an impact :The Senior Salesforce Admin & Reporting Applications Specialist will perform hands-on technical implementation, project management, Salesforce administration and system evangelizing. This person will also be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, training, maintenance, and general support or improvement to the platform. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems and acting as the knowledge expert for evolving new processes within the company. Senior Salesforce Admin & Reporting Applications Specialist will define & create reports as needed and evaluate data to implement new reports as appropriate. He/She will configure dashboards for various audiences and provide clear, cogent explanations of the derivation of metrics and other analysis, includes tracking and analyzing sales and financial metrics relating to pipeline, sales goals, cross-selling, and overall performance. He/She works to ensure data integrity across reports across the organization, maintaining a reporting dictionary defining core measures on which reports are built. He/She must also understand the importance of protecting Gallaghers data and act in accordance with organizational priorities. Compliance with standard SDLC methodologies.List of Essential DutiesAdvanced experience with creating complex FlowsAdvanced experience in using Process Builder/FlowsAdvanced experience in Aura and Lightning Web ComponentsImplementation experience with Custom Objects, Workflows, Formulas, and Validations Rules.Works with internal clients to develop and document clear, testable requirements.Oversee the feature request/support backlog and work with the Director/Leader to prioritize and execute.Trains stakeholders on how to effectively access and use reports, dashboards and reporting/analytics tools.Identifies best-practices supporting business performance relating to efficiency and improved customer service.Identifies systems and process barriers to generate ideas for improvement.Support and train team members and end-users on how to effectively use both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to business processes.Evangelize and drive user-adoption across the Division.Resolution of internal Service Desk Support Tickets by Salesforce Users.Implement enhancements and roll-out new features to the Salesforce platform.Create and maintain on-going documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added.Comply with AJG IT policies and procedures.Work directly with stakeholders, vendors, & Software Engineers to plan & implement technical solutions.Creates and maintains reports and dashboards in Salesforce, SQL Reporting, MS Excel, and Power BI.Integrations with other systems MS Exchange, Enterprise Telephony, and ETL tools.Ability to work across multiple Salesforce orgs simultaneously.About you :Education:

Bachelors degree with specialization in computer science, finance, accounting or business administration is preferred.Experience:

Professional experience (5+ years strongly preferred) in a functional role concerned with Salesforce Administration at an enterprise level above 500 users preferred in EITHER Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments. 5+ years experience in a functional role concerned with reporting and report analysis. Experience within the benefits brokerage, insurance, financial services, or similar industry is desired but not required.
