This position will be responsible for IFG F-22 Modernization Business management and financial reporting. The position will have oversight of contracts within the Modernization portfolio. This position will engage in all aspects of Finance and Business operations to include proposal development and negotiations, program execution activities, profitability analysis, OSEC (Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash) commitments, quarterly CSR (Contract Status Report) planning and reporting. A broad range of business acumen will be required for this position including a familiarity of business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning & Analysis, Independent Cost Estimating, Earned Value Management and others. Advise Program Management on all business-related issues affecting the Sustainment Programs. This candidate will support financial oversight, ensuring assigned contracts have a sound cost / financial baselines, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts. This position will also support the establishment of the program ground rules to support Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) planning and High Potential Comprehensive EAC process. Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies.

Basic Qualifications

•Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college

•Experience with SAP, Deltek or similar businesssystems

Desired skills

•Familiarity with contract / proposal processes and procedures•Experience with all contract types and variations to include Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts•Experience with US Government reporting requirements, for example, Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) or Contract Fund Status Report (CFSR)•Experience with CSR (Contract Status Reports), LRP (Long Range Plan)•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel•Experience developing and using MS Excel pivot tables, lookups, and/or Tableau databases to obtain data and develop reports•Effective communication skills and ability to management competing priorities and engagement across a complex portfolio of contracts•Experience leading financial related projects such as developing and evaluating business cases•Experience with Earned Value (EV) applications•Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation(DFAR)

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered:

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
