About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Systems Architect/Developer who will be responsible for integrating and maintaining our Learning Management Systems (LMS) with various external HR systems, data warehouses, and CRMs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, system integration, and a deep understanding of LMS platforms, particularly Docebo. Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and BigQuery is highly preferred. This role involves close collaboration with our reporting team to ensure seamless data flow for analytics and reporting purposes, particularly for Tableau integration. What You Will Do: + Design, develop, and maintain connectors between our LMS (primarily Docebo) and external systems such as HR systems, data warehouses, and CRMs. + Implement data synchronization processes to ensure accurate and real-time data flow between systems. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and system connectivity. + Collaborate closely with the reporting team to understand data requirements and provide structured data views suitable for Tableau reporting. + Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability. + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to LMS integration, data warehousing, and CRM connectivity. + Document technical designs, processes, and procedures related to system integration and data management.
