Job Description:
Pay Range $65hr - $70hr
Skills:
Hands-on experience with Java 1.5 to 1.8(minimum) with working knowledge of the custom-built jars.Strong working experience in Java/J2EE applications.Experience with deploying and debugging the applications on Orion, Jboss, and Tomcat servers is a must.Oracle DB experience.Working experience on the SOAP-based web service to integrate into the existing code is a must.Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments (deploying applications, troubleshooting, SSL certificate installation, etc.) is a must.JavaScript, BootStrap, JSP, and HTML are a must.Production support.Experience with ANT-based applications.Good understanding of the client-server architecture, OS level, Application level, and VM architecture (Both Windows and Linux).Should be able to perform the DevOps role (making the config changes, deploying the application to the Prod and other lower environments, etc.) when needed.Understanding knowledge of the existing shell scripts.Experience working on the Windows/Linux batch jobs and troubleshooting when needed.Working experience with RHEL 5 and above is highly desired.Working experience with Oracle DBMS 11g R2 and above.Working experience installing and troubleshooting Oracle client connectivity components including tnsnames files and Oracle Insta client.Design, develop, and troubleshoot using open-source tools like Eclipse, Putty, Postman, etc.Working experience on the Linux environment with Apache web server.Hands-on experience understanding and troubleshooting the Java code flow with Struts 1.Experience with ORM tools, hibernate in specific.Working experience on the three-tier architecture.Preferred:
Good working knowledge of Power Builder is preferred but not required (willing to learn).Experience with migrating projects to different Java versions is preferred.Tortoise SVN repository preferred.
