Were looking for someone with strong analytical skills, sound technology experience, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and configure Web Content Management Systems (WCMS)Handle new subscriptions, sites, and solution design within cloud site factoriesManage certificate renewals, identity & access management onboarding, and security vulnerability remediationSupport Bitbucket Cloud, Content Delivery Network (CDN), and Web Access Firewall (WAF) instances and configurationsQualifications:2+ years of related work experience (strongly preferred)Bachelors degreeExperience with WCMS platforms and components such as CDN and WAFPractical knowledge of Bitbucket, pipelines, branching models, workflow, Linux command line, CI/CD, and release managementExperience with IT projects, including infrastructure projects, and end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and support of applications involving COTS & SaaSStrong analytical and process design skillsEffective communication skills to understand existing processes and define future processesAbility to work independently with technical and infrastructure teamsWhy Join?Youll collaborate with content and digital business teams, support multiple concurrent technology projects, and enhance productivity and the quality of the employee experience.
