As the Enterprise System Architect you will establish and guide the key internal IT systems ecosystem roadmap in alignment with business goals and priorities. In this role you must engage cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs and priorities and translate those to an actionable roadmap.This role will lead strategic planning, design, and implementation of complex global IT solutions with the overarching objective of improving employee productivity and enabling scale in core operational areas of the business.
This role will own and govern our NetSuite ecosystem of business applications to support core functions. You will own our MIS systems roadmap, lead stakeholder management to position our business technology solutions to best support our team and enable our strategies.
Additionally, you will set our internal data strategy, lead our backoffice integration plans for previous or future M&A activity and lead new vendor selection and cultivate existing Tier 1 vendor relationships.
We are seeking an Architect that can both create the MIS systems vision and operationalize it through working with cross department resources to bring it to life.You have experience building roadmaps, influencing key tech decisions, managing through change, harmonizing cross-functional SOP's and comfortable operating in a highly complex, global environment.You find satisfaction and are maniacal about transformation, setting an achievable vision and have the stamina to manage your stakeholders and operationalizing change.

This role is a remote opportunity unless you are in Columbus, OH or Cranberry, PA it is hybrid (1 day a week in office)
As an Enterprise Systems Architect you will:
Own the MIS roadmap and implementation:
Provide technical and architectural guidance to stakeholders across the organizationDevelop and maintain models reflecting organizational strategies and objectivesTake the lead in planning, designing, and implementing multifaceted enterprise solutionsTest system performance, analyze findings, and suggest improvements to optimize efficiencyTranslate user requirements into specific applications and platform solutionsDirect and oversee technical processes, ensuring adherence to organizational standardsAnalyze the feasibility of potential projects, checking for compliance with standards and architectural plansEstablish & manage internal master data strategy to be applied across core systemsIntegration of previous and future M&ACross department collaboration and stakeholder management:
Work across business stakeholders and tech leadership to develop MIS roadmap including needs identification, prioritization and alignment to planIdentify, monitor, and communicate risks and issues to the internal stakeholder groupInforms and influences between ideal and pragmatic solutions that meet business needsPartners with tech leadership team to inform resourcing and skill strategy needed to deliver to the businessPartner with Tech PMO to plan key systems projects (upgrades, consolidations, new systems, etc.) including scope definition, deliverables, work effort, timeline, risk and mitigating actionsVendor selection and key vendor management:
Own key vendor relationships to cultivate vendor relationships and maximize value from vendor solutionsLead technical evaluation of any new ecosystem solutions, prepare and achieve sign-off on technical integration and implementation planParticipate as key technical leader in driving implementation of any new ecosystem solution including ensuring achievement of business objectives and harmonization of business system integrationRequirements for Success:
10+ years of rigorous application development and hands-on experience using Microsoft technologies stackProficient and hands-on with Microsoft technologies, specifically C#, .NET, and Azure cloud servicesPrevious experience with ERP, Finance, CRM, Billing, Ticket Management, and PSA systems (implementation, enhancement roadmap, integration, etc.)Previous experience harmonizing and or implementing enterprise data analytics and master data strategiesPrevious experience with internal systems integrationExperience with NetSuite strongly preferredSkilled in building blueprints for Applications and Business Solutions including Visio diagrams, technical requirements and SOP's for cross-functional business usersCapable of coding in the desired technologies and supporting developers as necessaryFamiliar with agile methodologiesDemonstrated success in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions that scale for the enterpriseDemonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholder needs and requirements into actionable & executable plansExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective in fast-paced environment
