Americaneagle.com is seeking a qualified SEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. We are looking for an SEO specialist with a background in both technical and on-page SEO as well as ongoing content strategy. They will be responsible for contributing to their account teams as the SEO subject matter expert and will work alongside other channel specialists to achieve each client's business goals. Responsibilities:Understanding clients' digital marketing goals and translate goals into executable strategies through ongoing site enhancementsConduct SEO audits accounting for technical, on-site and off-site factorsAnalyze and provide recommendations for platform specific SEO effortsProvide ongoing recommendations for site structure, content, and user journey flow to increase visibility within search enginesTracking, analyzing, and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO industry toolsIdentifying KPIs and completing work as needed to improve clients' site rankings and organic traffic major search enginesProvide monthly/quarterly organic reporting as well as additional recommendations ongoingStay on top of industry trends and new tactics for search engine optimizationCommunicate across multiple teams utilizing data-backed decision making Requirements:2+ years of SEO experienceStrong experience with Google Analytics, Google Search ConsoleProficient experience with Bing Search Central, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other toolsIn depth understanding of search engines, up-to-date techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound SEO design and user experienceDemonstrated success managing several accounts at the same timeKnowledge of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) as they relate to SEOStrong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing to clientsStrong time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environmentAbility to think logically and develop practical SEO recommendations for client websites to support their marketing strategies and efforts Americaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills.
