Hi-Lo Operator

at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers paid certification and opportunities for advancement.

7am-7:30pm (3-2-2-3 schedule; 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3off)

Load, unload and move materials to and from production lines, hold and transport areasOperate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and productsInspect and count materials, documenting key informationShovel loose materials into containers for inspectionMove and load bulk trucks/cars manuallyBe in a harness to load a rail car or bulk truck approximately 20' in the air.What's Required to be a Hi-Lo Operator?

Minimum of six (6) months forklift operation experienceClimbing on and off forklift continuously throughout shiftAble to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAble to work at heights up to 20 feet using proper PPE.
