Summary:
Responsible for leading the Internet Sales Department. The Internet Manager is responsible for operations, sales performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in the Internet Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following:
Responsible for improving sales and operations in the Internet Sales DepartmentWorks with upper management and Human Resources on hiring and discipline decisionsAssists Internet Sales team with processing of completing sales.Trains and supervises Internet Sales teamDevelops promotions to motivate internet sales teamSets schedules for internet sales teamInteracts with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.Oversees the preparation of direct marketing materials for prospective customersMaintains the center's WebsiteHandles incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate managerAttends required manager meetingsWorks closely with department managers to ensure customer satisfactionFollows up with "shoppers" through telephone, mailings and electronic media prior to purchaseFollows up with customers through telephone, mailings and electronic media after purchaseFollows up with customers through telephone and mailings after serviceAnswers incoming e-mails by responding to customers via electronic mediaGenerates customer follow-up lettersMaintains effective employee relationsMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemFollows Safeguards rules and regulations.Demonstrates the Company's Core ValuesComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Other duties as assigned

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Advanced ability and knowledge of the Dealership Management System and web based applications.
Communication Skills:
Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company
personnel.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit.
Environment Demands:
Duties are performed throughout the dealership but mainly in the Internet Department. Work involves continual contact and interaction with customers and dealership personnel. Work includes movement around dealership facilities. Due to the nature of this position, employee may be exposed to various work environments.
Verbal and Writing Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
