The Warehouse General Laborer is responsible for performing various physical tasks within a warehouse environment, including product rework, quality auditing, and maintaining overall organization. This role involves attention to detail, ensuring that products meet quality standards, and reworking items when necessary. The Warehouse General Laborer will work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:Rework and Quality Control:Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies.Perform necessary rework on items, including repackaging, repairing, or replacing defective components.Ensure all products meet company quality standards before being sent to the next stage.Auditing:Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.Verify product counts, labeling, and condition of goods as part of quality assurance procedures.Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during audits.General Warehouse Duties:Load and unload materials from trucks or containers.Move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stock replenishment.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper lifting techniques.Collaboration:Work closely with the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals.Communicate any product or process issues to supervisors for further action.Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Working hours: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:Previous Rework or Auditing experience a plus.

Education:High School

Experience:1-4 years

Qualifications:Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Basic math skills for inventory audits.This role operates in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and frequent movement of materials.
