VEHICLE OPERATION

Maintaining a safe environment by complying with all traffic regulations, and adhering to our COVID-19 pandemic response plan.Following emergency procedures and enforcing passenger safety/conduct rules.Fueling vehicles as necessary.PASSENGER EXPERIENCE

Aiding passengers as needed or as requested, as well as verifying that all passengers are properly secured.Regulating heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.Upholding vehicle interior in a neat condition during service operation.Maintaining manifest information confidentiality.Cultivating a professional and positive environment.DOCUMENTATION

Logging accurate records, including receiving and accounting for fares, radio communications.Communicating irregularities to the Customer Care team utilizing a two-way radio to contact and preparing written reports.About you...

A valid Michigan Chauffeur's license (or the ability to acquire one).You're capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.You can pass the Department of Transportation's physical examination.Ability to pass drug screen and background check.The ability to adhere to the requirements and standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
