We currently have a career opportunity for a
.NET Lead
to join our team onsite at our client location in Fenton, Missouri 3-5 days per week.
As a
.NET Lead
you will lead in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will own the direction of solution architects and leads on development activities.

Responsibilities
Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applicationsCreate architecture and sequence diagrams to map out data flowsEnsuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software developmentLead the team in developing applications in languages including .NET, AWS, SQL and 3 tier web applicationsDemonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levelsQualifications
Passionate coder with 8+ years of application development and team leadership experienceStrong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologyExperience with Angular and full stack developmentWork with POs and BA to create User StoriesSelf-starter who can work independentlyConduct code reviews to reinforce best practicesBachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable majorStrong consulting and communication skillsAbility to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutionsAbility to work onsite with our client in Fenton, MO 3-5 days per week
The salary range for this position takes into consideration several factors when determining compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range listed for our US postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include benefits or any potential variable bonus programs, subject to rules governing the programs, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
