About the role
We are seeking a qualified Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to make a real impact on our business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and insights that drive business change and support informed decision-making at the highest levels. With a focus on both internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting Ocado Group through its year-end reporting processes.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in FP&A or from an audit role with some relevant experience outside of practice. The role has become available due to an internal promotion, and we're looking for someone who can seamlessly step in and contribute to our continued success.Ocado thrives on innovation, and we're looking for someone ready to embrace change and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. AccountabilitiesSupporting the delivery of the period-end review by owning the relevant Group accountsSupport segmental reporting of the GroupLiaise with and review each segment's performance, including our Joint Venture, Ocado RetailOwn various internal and external FP&A reporting required to drive business performance and support external stakeholders, including our investors and analystsProduce analysis and investor-ready content to support Investor Relations through year-endProduce analysis to understand revenue and cost, as required, across the P&L and cash flowReview and interpret the balance sheet to evaluate movements and provide appropriate commercial analysisOther relevant FP&A tasks, as requiredAbout you
Over 4 years' experience in a Finance based roleExperience in Commercial Finance, Group Finance, FP&A or Practice will be relevantRelevant accounting qualification, or equivalent experience (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CFA)High levels of resilience and positivity and exceptional attention to detailWilling to take a hands-on approach to solving business problems, never heard saying 'that's not my job'
