The
Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator
is responsible for supporting a seasonal hiring initiative for field operations through full-cycle recruiting efforts.
What you will be doing:
Owns full-cycle recruiting for seasonal supply chain hourly rolesIdentifies potential candidates through various forms of recruitment, such as candidate sourcing via ATS and/or external job boardsReports on metrics supporting the seasonal hiring initiativeCommunicate, verbally & written with operations leader, hourly candidates, and other field partnerAssists HR and field recruiting with organizing and conducting careers fairs and hiring events for seasonal employeesSupports employment activities, such as processing applications, presenting offer letters, and submitting requests for background checksOther duties as required and assignedRequirements
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency requiredAssociates degree in Human Resources or related field preferredBi-Lingual - Spanish is preferredUnderstanding of recruiting processes and hiring regulationsExperience & PC literate to include Microsoft Office products like Outlook and ExcelExperience in HR and recruiting systems preferredAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, candidates, and co-workers
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.
