A successful candidate is creative, fast on their feet, great communicator and self-driven.Description:What Youll Do:Oversee strategic and tactical execution for SharePoint needsProvide upkeep and maintenance on an existing SharePoint site collectionsDesign, configure, and deploy new and custom, document libraries, workflows, lists, SharePoint sites and other design functionalitiesDevelop, coordinate and conduct intranet and web site trainings for end-users, customers, team members and client staffAssist with the creation of navigation options to improve the user experienceWrite Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents, workflows and training materials that define technical requirements and user-friendly instructions for more than 1000 end-usersWork with stakeholders and team to understand proposed site changes based on end-user requirements, user stories, as well as standardizing sites to be consistent across projectsWho You Are:Self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems or the equivalent years of experience in combination of education, technical certifications/training and work experienceHands-on experience with web browsersSkilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while mastering innovative software and tools Knowledge of several of the following areas is desirable: C#, Active Server Pages (ASP), JavaScript, SQL Server, .NET framework, SharePoint 2013, InfoPath, Visual Basic, MS Access, HTML, XML, jQuery, ExtJS, HTML5, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS desiredIn-depth knowledge of programming, with experience in ExtJS, HTML5, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS desiredWorking knowledge and experience coding custom components and sites in SharePoint 2019, a broad understanding of WebParts, workflows, ASP/.Net integration, REST API, custom applications, and Tableau integrations is requiredProven ability to deliver high quality products and services on schedule and under budgetYou are SharePoint-certified is a plus (MOS 2010/2013, MCSA, MCSE, MCSD)Responsible for coding, testing and debugging web page/application enhancements and revisions for different FMS Programs, to include integrating graphics and user interfacesCollaborates with the Team to develop web page interfaces that support interactive, mission-focused contentParticipates in the technical design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of website enhancementsProvides advanced application development and technical support for customer secure websites running on DoD/DoN compliant networksCreates SharePoint applicationsProjects long-range SharePoint requirementsApplies knowledge of computer science concepts and techniques, mathematics, and methods of statistical analysis to develop and apply automated solutions to engineering, scientific or business data acquisition and management problemsUses mathematical, statistical, and scientific logic to identify conceptual or theoretical solutions to problems of Information System (IS) hardware and software system design and operation

Provides technical consultation in new systems development, new technology evaluations and enhancements of existing systemsPrepares functional specifications from which programs will be written, then designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programsParticipates in the technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of website enhancementsOversees systems tests and monitors test results and corrective actionsProvides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff, and may have supervisory responsibilitiesServes as a technical team or task leader or work independentlyMaintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assignedParticipates in special projects as requiredQualifications:Certifications:8570 Certifications are a plus: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (i.e., any one of the following: GSEC; Security+ CE; SSCP; CCNA-Security)

Security Clearance:

This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
