ReactJS .Work closely with UX designers to convert wireframes and prototypes into polished, high-quality user interfaces.Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and providing guidance on UI development.Perform code reviews to ensure the team maintains high standards for code quality and adherence to best practices.Optimize web applications to ensure they are fast, responsive, and scalable.Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and introduce relevant innovations to the team.Troubleshoot and resolve any UI-related issues to ensure a smooth user experience.Actively contribute to project planning and architectural discussions, offering insights on UI/UX aspects.
