Scheduling and confirming appointmentsAbility to effectively manage a multi-line phone system; 80+ incoming calls per dayCreating client and patient accountsCreating and sending medical recordsManaging incoming emails and faxesListening and addressing client concernsCandidates need to speak and write fluently in English.They must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as confidence with computers.Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm.Ability to work long periods at a computer.Willing to take on and perform additional duties as assigned or needed
Job Type: Full-time is five 8-hour shifts per week Monday to Friday rotating Saturdays could happen in the future.
