Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Lexington, KY area and must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Subcontract Administrator embedded with a SOF GLSS Program Team, your duties will include:•Developing the Terms and Conditions flow for SOF and Managing the organizations T&C process.•Work through Negotiating Terms and Conditions with the Supplier(s) and related SME's on program.•Supporting Negotiations with Buyers/SCA's and suppliers to close timely on open actions.•Managing basic and on occasion complex subcontracts, including those with Spec/SOW(Statement of Work) driven requirements, and other specific procurements, as required.•Preparing and releasing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), receiving, analyzing, and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract prices, terms, and conditions, selecting and/or recommending subcontractors, conducting "Best Value" Competitions, documenting agreements, administering resulting subcontracts / POs, including subcontract / PO closeout.•Managing supplier relationships and supplier performance to achieve program and customer requirements and goals for Sales, Orders, and Profit.

Lexington, is in the heart of the Bluegrass and is the second-largest city in Kentucky, known as the "Horse Capital of the World". The surrounding region is a great place to live and to raise a family with an abundance of government and technology jobs. Where can you get to from Lexington? Louisville is about a 90 minute drive to the east. Cincinnati, Ohio is about 2 hours to the north. Indianapolis, Indiana is about 3 hours to the Northwest. Nashville, TN is about 4 hours Southwest.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
