PURPOSE

Under the direction of the VP-Loan Operations Manager this role will be responsible for all duties related to the timely monitoring and payments of all escrows related items including hazard mortgage insurance, flood insurance and Real Estate Taxes for all commercial, residential, construction, home equity and consumer loan accounts in accordance with loan documents and appropriate regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage our insurance vendor provider (Miniter) and RE Tax vendor (Corelogic) including research and rectifying insurance and RE tax related items Miniter and Corelogic reports, working through exceptions, cancellations, changes in policy etc.Responsible for tracking and disbursing payments for all collecting escrows for hazard insurance, flood insurance, forced placed insurance and in the residential and commercial loan portfolio.Produce Escrow Analysis Statements, as needed.Responsible for monitoring and reporting on non-collect escrows, as needed.Handle all escrow inquiries.Maintain FIS system relating to escrowing for insurance and taxesResponsible for non-Miniter loans (certificates of insurance, insurance binders, flood declaration pages, certificates, flood map changes, appraisals, property condition reports, loan documents).Monitor pending force placed insurance reports and manage monthly remittance processPrepare monitoring reports for pending insurance cancelationsMonitor and provide quarterly reporting quarterly on on customer complaints or issuesReview and prepare all requests for escrow waivers and perform escrow analysis per regulatory requirementsConduct Annual Escrow Analysis on loan portfolio.Review escrow records for all new loans for accuracy and complianceReconcile and remit the Corelogic Monthly invoiceResponsible for Unpaid tax reporting biannually to Loan Quality CommitteeResponsible for maintaining current proceduresRemain abreast of all regulatory guidelines pertaining to consumer and commercial escrow administration.Adhere to the Bank's privacy and data security policies including but not limited to safeguarding of sensitive information and complying with relevant regulations to protect non-public information.Requirements

High school diploma and two to four years of loan operations/servicingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before one or more employees.Knowledge of Excel and Word and be able to utilize multiple applications in a PC environment.Ability to independently solve problems arising during daily responsibilities.

Salary Description

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
