Job Description
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud Business scenarios.At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce.com web services (preferably both REST and SOAP) and other integration methods newly introduced in SFDC with 2 years of Team Lead experience.Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, components)Experience with both Sales and Service CloudStrong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTMLAs a Salesforce Platform Architect/ Tech Lead, responsible design and deliver implementations for enterprise-level customers using Salesforce products.Manage onshore and offshore teams of developers, admins, business analysts, and project managers.Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.Analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs.Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
