Responsibilities/Requirements:Management of all Mobile iPad hardware (IOS)Working in a chat room with internal employee s, helping to resolve and troubleshooting any issues on their iPadWill be supporting 30-50 support tasks on a daily basisOperate in AGILE environmentProject participation where requiredLead technical meetings when required

Required Skills : Qualifications: 4 years supporting Apple IOS Platforms Working experience in Engineering Apple IOS solutions for large enterprise companies (50k devices) Someone with a mindset to try and resolve the technical issue vs giving up and passing the help ticket along. Complete understanding of Apple Mobile devices on an iPad. This would entail administration and automation/provisioning technologies Capable of scripting in multiple languages (Bash, Python, ZSH, AppleScript, etc.) Experience working with MDM platforms, SOTI experience is a plus A plus if you have understanding and working experience of PCI and HIPPA compliances Working experience in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure Active Directory applicable to Apple products Working knowledge of core Microsoft products and how they integrate with IOSBasic Qualification :Additional Skills :Rank :A2Requested Date :2022-10-28
