Carolina Foods is the maker of Duchess Brand snacks and creator of one of America's first Honey Buns. Our business has been in operation for more than 80 years, and our products are synonymous with quality, innovation, and a longer shelf-life. We are a manufacturer of sweet baked goods, and our products include a variety of delicious, individually wrapped items, including: honey buns, baked pies, fried pies, and gem donuts to serve all customers' needs. Major Function Load / Unload trucks using forklift, electric pallet jack and hand truck. Keep production areas stock on floor staged for production workers. Duties and Responsibilities
Load Trucks by manifest for proper delivery unload shipments and stock in proper areas Set down pallets as needed for production. Drive the forklift at safe speed using caution and follow all forklift operational procedures (including wearing seatbelt etc.) All paperwork aspects required for the job. Job Requirements
Must be able to pass forklift-driving test. Must be able to read / write English well. Ability to lift greater than 100 lbs. Reach overhead, bend, and stoop for long periods of time. Able to withstand heat more than 100 degrees. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $16.0 per hour
