Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral part of Group Rossignol's go-to-market strategy ensuring digital marketing initiatives for US and Canada align with global brand strategies and regional commercial goals (wholesale, retail, e-comm). This individual is expected to stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends, working with consumer marketing and e-commerce teams to amplify Rossignol Group brand and product messaging across a variety of consumer and B2B digital touchpoints. Identifying success criteria and KPI's while planning, implementing, and monitoring digital campaigns across owned and paid channels throughout campaign life cycle is critical to the success of this role.
This role requires a high level of adaptability, attention-to-detail, and advanced project and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement digital content strategies across all internal and 3rd party platforms for Group Rossignol brands (Rossignol, Dynastar, Lange, LOOK) & divisions (WSE, SG, BIKE).Work with brand / consumer marketing and e-commerce teams to refine and adapt digital platforms and calendars to support NorAm market goals and initiatives.Regular updates, audits, and development of website(s) content to support NorAm market goals and initiatives in collaboration with brand / consumer and e-commerce teams.Work with brand / consumer marketing to develop and implement paid advertising across various consumer touchpoints including: Meta, Google, affiliate, 3rd party media, and endemic partnerships.Develop and monitor campaign performance in conjunction with global Digital Marketing Manager.Maintain regular oversight and outreach with key accounts and e-tail partners to ensure brand and product assets are utilized to elevate online merchandising.Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field.Proficiency with Google, digital advertising, social media, and influencer analytics.Active knowledge of modern social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, creativity and attention to detail.Analytical, interpretive, and organized self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
