Finance at Brex
The Finance team leads financial planning and analysis as well as corporate development, which includes board communications, investor relations, fundraising, and M&A. We strive to be agents of change rather than a reporting function. We're integrated and partner closely with teams across Brex to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive results. Through our corporate development efforts, we are also deeply involved in long-term planning and major strategic decisions for the company.
What you'll do
As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you'll partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Support, and Finance, to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will champion a data-driven culture, leveraging insights to ensure systems empower informed decision-making. Your focus will be on introducing new capabilities, change management, optimizing system efficiency, increasing adoption, and aligning technology with the company's strategic goals.
Where you'll work
This role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of January 6th, 2025. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate proactively with business stakeholders and internal system teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions - from concept to deliveryDesign, document, and implement solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud and related tools within the Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stackAnalyze existing business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvementPartner with business stakeholders to simplify key metric reporting and ensure the accuracy of data across systemsUtilize data to generate insights that guide future business decisions and promote a data-driven culture throughout the organizationDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, ensuring they are well-documented for change management, enablement/training, and supportRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer SuccessStrong analytical skills to evaluate and improve complex business processes and systemsExpertise in data analysis, with the ability to handle large datasets, generate reports, and deliver actionable insightsIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations. Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, and data managementFamiliarity with third-party Salesforce applications/packages (LeanData, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo) is a plusMust be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $135,720 - $169,650. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
